Level 1 WaterwomEn PROGRAMME
Our Level 1 WaterWomen Programme has been specially designed to provide a supportive, low-stress and 'macho-free' learning environment for our female athletes. Whether you're completely new to ocean environments, feel the need to level-up, or simply want to feel more capable and confident around the water, this programme will provide you with the strong knowledge base and good habits that you need.
Our WaterWomen programmes are women only (obviously!), small-group affairs...which means you can learn in an environment where everyone has similar goals and learning needs.
We often tailor programme start times to fit around busy schedules (such as school drop-offs) and welcome small groups of students who would like to study together.
The Level 1 WaterWomen Programme aims to increase your knowledge, your capability and your confidence in the water.
Course Overview
Students begin their learning for Level 1 via our dedicated Online Learning Hub, which is designed to support learning every step of the way and provide access to much of the theory behind watermanship in a self-paced environment.
Our aim in the Level 1 WaterWomen Programme is to give students the understanding of why we do things and how the body reacts to certain situations.
This is followed by fun, challenging and realistic confined-water training which is tailored to individual experience and local beach conditions.
