Consolidation Training

Our Consolidation Training days do exactly what they say on the box: provide our students with a supportive, low-stress environment in which to cement and further develop the skills, techniques and knowledge they learn during our watermanship programmes.

Over the years we have found that our students make monumental gains from these sessions, which is why we have made them pre-requisites for moving onto the next level of training within One Ocean International.

Each Consolidation Training day is specially tailored to the level of learning, giving students a chance to work on specific skills, with like-minded individuals. 

The initial goal for each session is to "test" students in the fundamental drills that make up the previous programme. We then help develop plans to habitualise these skills to provide each student with confidence and competence before moving onto the next level of training.
