Bec sheedy

As a lifelong surfer and surf and ocean sports coach, Bec's goal is to help individuals develop skills that build trust in themselves through experience, practice and positive self talk. Building a love for nature and the water is at also at the core of her approach.
"I really love sharing ocean experiences and being a part of someone's journey in becoming more calm and confident in the water".
Bec loves surfing and riding all types of surf craft and has had a fascination for fish since she was a young child. "The very first thing I ever bought as a child with birthday gift money was a second hand 4ft glass fish tank on a stand with a light, pump and filter." One of Bec's favourite things to do is to go snorkelling and if the conditions are right takes an underwater camera with her aiming to capture images of sea creatures that inhabit the Western Australian coastline.
The ocean is such a place of endlessly beauty and engagement. It keeps you challenged, connected to nature, in awe and teaches you so much about yourself and also how to better look out for others and work together.
